Briley Update!

Just thought I would post an update on our little bundle of joy. Briley is growing so fast!! She is becoming more and more alert each day. She now only takes about 2 naps a day. The rest of the time she just looks around with her big blue eyes. She is so much fun!! She is starting to turn her head in the direction of sounds and is becoming more intersted in her mobiles. Jeremy shook a rattle in front of her today and she grinned from ear to ear. As for the sleeping.... Miss Priss sets her own schedule. She slept 6 straight hours last night which we REALLY appreciated. Hopefully she will keep up with that routine!!! Despite the sleepless nights, we truly are enjoying parenthood and getting to know are little Briley.

Briley Renee Harmon

Sorry this is such a late post. Jeremy and I have really been concentrating on the new addition to our family. As most of you know... Briley Renee Harmon was born January 1, 2009 at 2:54pm. She weighed 8 pounds 1 ounce and 20 inches long. The delivery could not have gone any better. Within an hour of finding out I was in active labor, our healthy baby girl was born (I had to have a c-section because we found out she was breeched).
We are truly enjoying our time with her. She is such an amazing baby. She is so precious to the both of us and our gift from God. During the day, she is so alert. She just looks around with her big blue eyes, which just makes my heart melt!!! We can't wait for you all to meet our little angel!!!
