Looooong Overdue!!

So... I know I have not posted in ages. We have been extremely busy lately. I just wanted to post a couple of pictures from our recent trip to Texas. Alyssa, Briley, & I went for a few days for cousin Tyler's 1st birthday party. We had such a good time and really enjoyed seeing our family & friends. Briley did amazingly well on the airplane. We definitley could not have done it without the help of Briley's Aunt Lee Lee. We miss everyone in Texas and hope to see yall again very soon!! Here are some pictures from our visit.

A Truly Blissful 5 Months!

Well our little bundle of joy is now 5 months old. Briley has changed so much over the past few months. Each day is something new. It is such an amazing experience seeing her try new things and be so observant of her surroundings. Briley now weighs about 16 pounds and is 24 inches long. She sleeps 10-12 hours at night without waking up. Briley loves: sleeping with her hands behind her head~bananas/green beans/squash~Nuk pacies~her pink bunny that her Grandma got for her~splashing in the water~nighttime massages~playing with Bayley's tail~making "MMMMM" sounds~smacking her food~being a little wiggle worm and rolling over every chance she gets~cartoons~looking at herself in mirrors~being outside~putting her little feet in her mouth~grabbing whatever is put in front of her. Briley does not like: tummy time~peaches~being interrupted at drinking her bottle by being burped. If I could describe our angel in just a few words I think I would say she is outgoing, prissy, cheerful, and easy going. Words can't even describe how much Jeremy and I have enjoyed these past 5 months. Seeing our healthy baby girl grow like she is, is such a blessing! Here are a few pictures of our Bri Bri!!!

I know this is a pretty delayed post but I just wanted to add some pictures from Pawpaw & Hughie's visit. They were on their way to Kentucky and made a little detour to stay with us for a couple of days. Even though their stay was short, we enjoyed every minute of their company. Briley just adores her Uncle Hughie and Great Pawpaw! She smiled evertime she saw them. She LOVED sitting on Pawpaw's lap while he sang to her! Such an amazing moment!!!!
